To manage licenses, download installers, or unlock Pro features, you must register for a TypePOT web account. You agree that:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (including a valid email address under your control).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and authentication credentials.
• You may not transfer, sell, or share access to your user account with third parties. Workstation license transfers must be executed solely through authorized seat management tools in your web dashboard.
• You must promptly notify our support team at [email protected] if you discover unauthorized access to your account.

Unless otherwise specified on your purchase invoice, a standard TypePOT Pro license grants one (1) concurrent active workstation seat.

• Hardware Association: Activation securely links your license key to an irreversible cryptographic identifier representing your authorized workstation.
• Machine Transfer: You may transfer your license to a new or upgraded PC by releasing the active seat directly from your web dashboard.
• Offline Operation (14-Day Grace Period): Activated workstations can operate completely offline for up to 14 days using cryptographically signed tokens. A brief internet connection is requested every 14 days to renew the offline token.

The software contains proprietary algorithms, cryptographic security routines, and intellectual property owned by TypePOT. You expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or patch the TypePOT software binary, runtime files, or dynamic libraries.
• Bypass, alter, or forge digital signatures, cryptographic tokens, or local platform security protections.
• Modify software execution (e.g., binary patching, memory tampering, or code injection) to illicitly unlock restricted features.
• Circumvent or reset the 14-day trial period by manipulating system clocks or rotating disposable account credentials on previously registered hardware.
• Distribute cracked, modified, or pre-activated copies of TypePOT across third-party networks, torrents, or file-sharing portals.

Violation of this section results in immediate and permanent revocation of your license key and account without refund, without prejudice to our statutory right to seek injunctive relief and damages.

When using our website, customer portal, or public endpoints, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest data, product listings, typography guides, or user directory information from the website.
• Conduct vulnerability scans, penetration tests, denial-of-service (DDoS) simulations, or security probes against our web servers without prior explicit written authorization.
• Inject malicious code, SQL injection queries, cross-site scripting (XSS), or automated payload scripts into web forms or API endpoints.
• Attempt unauthorized administrative access to other users' dashboards, billing histories, or license keys.
• Use payment methods fraudulently or initiate deceptive credit card chargebacks.

All content on the TypePOT website—including but not limited to branding, logos, trademarks, website layout design, typography specimens, specimen graphics, blog tutorials, and documentation—is the exclusive copyrighted property of TypePOT and its licensors.

You may not republish, mirror, redistribute, or commercially exploit any website materials or brand assets without prior written consent from TypePOT.

TypePOT is a software management utility, not a font foundry or font reseller.

You retain sole responsibility for ensuring that you hold valid commercial, desktop, or personal licenses from font foundries for all typography files organized, activated, or converted within TypePOT.

TypePOT disclaims all liability for any copyright infringement or foundry EULA violations committed by users who install, activate, or distribute unlicensed font files on their systems.

TypePOT provides host connector plugins for Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Affinity Designer/Publisher.

These plugins are provided to facilitate workflow automation. While we commit to maintaining compatibility across contemporary CC releases during the v1.x cycle, third-party software updates (such as unannounced breaking API changes by Adobe or Serif) may require subsequent connector updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TypePOT and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of design files, business interruption, or foundry licensing disputes) arising from the use or inability to use the website or software.

We reserve the right to terminate web portal access or revoke software license keys in cases of severe terms violation, illegal software distribution, cracking, or payment fraud.
