You are eligible for a complete refund under the following conditions:

  • Timely Request: Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your original checkout timestamp.
  • Direct Purchases: The license was purchased directly through our website (typepot.com) processed by our merchant of record partner (Dodo Payments).
  • Technical Incompatibility or Workflow Fit: The software encounters reproducible technical issues, hardware incompatibility, or simply does not fit into your creative workflow.
Free Version & Trial: We also provide a perpetual Free Forever edition and a 14-day Pro Trial with no credit card required, allowing you to test all capabilities before buying.
